Michael DeRose

I have 15 years Information Security experience, and I have 27 years Information Technology experience. Through those years of experience, I am reminded every day that no one person knows everything and to always surround myself with people who are smarter than me.

I have a keen sense of recognizing problems or gaps before or as they are occurring. I also excel at planning and executing solutions.

On a personal level, I am a proud single father to my teenage daughter! I love my daughter with all my heart.

My favorite movie quote is when Gandalf replies to Frodo in the Lord of the Rings:

“I wish it need not have happened in my time,” said Frodo.
“So do I,” said Gandalf, “and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
